How long are the videos?
Each video runs between 2 and 10 seconds. You choose the length for each one when you submit your brief.
What happens to unused videos at the end of the month?
Your allotment resets on your billing date and does not roll over. Footage you uploaded earlier stays in your account and can be used in future requests.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
How do I cancel?
